How does LENS Neurofeedback work?
An EEG reads your brain’s faint electromagnetic impulses. For fractions of a second the EEG software mirrors back those impulses. This mirroring causes a fluctuation in your brainwaves, allowing dysfunctional patterns to correct themselves.
